Employee's name - Mike, Supervisor's name- John, Course name- General Management, University- AB University

Dear John,

Greetings of the day!!

I am writing this mail to inform you that I am planning to enroll at AB University for General Management course over the next semester. This course is a well-reputed and globally renowned one. It covers a lot of topics that are very relevant to our company’s work processes. I firmly believe that the course would be big value addition to my knowledge and skills. After the course, I would be able to perform better in my duties and would be able to contribute a lot more to the company’s growth.

I would hereby like to request you to please arrange for sponsorship of the course. The course fee is around $ 2500 and I shall not be able to arrange the same at this point in time. Company sponsorship would be very helpful for me and I would also be able to play a more important role in the company’s growth. I would be fine with the Education contract as per company policy. On your approval, I would able to submit the request to the company’s Human Resources department, for further process.

I am quite optimistic that you would able to understand the value that the course would provide, which could be well utilized towards the company’s goals. I would again request you to grant your approval for the sponsorship for the course.

Hoping for a positive response from your side.

Yours sincerely,

Mike
