There are definite circumstances under which whistleblowing is morally or ethically justified-
Whenever or wherever organizational policy or any product which may be seriously harmful to public
When a serious threat of injury is identified by an employee to consumers, stakeholders etc against his/her ethical concern he should report to the organization.
When immediate supervisors do not act on themselves then employee should move the report by exhausting the internal procedures and commanding chains to Board of Directors.
Employees should have reasonable convincing documented evidences on the basis of which facts can be proven to the public and test of law.
