Student councils in MCBS help share ideas, interests and issues with teachers and principals. They also regularly help raise funds for school activities, including social events, community projects, helping people in need, and school reform. Most schools attend CDs, food, fundraisers and parties. Many members learn skills as a continuation of their formal education.

Student councils have many functions. After the United States Congress, or on the basis of the executive branch of the United States, there is a free representative and role model, with the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Reporter. In this form, student and staff representatives are usually recruited and selected by the student body, despite the prerequisites for candidacy or voting. In elementary schools, there is usually one or two student representatives in the classroom and a staff presidency. However, many high schools have one set of staff per level.

Examples of elementary student council structures may include the president, vice president, secretary, secretary, cashier, fundraiser, historian, boy representative, girl representative, and members. These positions can be assigned or elected on the Student Council or by the student body as a whole. They can also reflect the degree down, with the president being in the oldest class. High school governments are often more independent and powerful than younger governments. Student governments are often run by sponsors, usually teachers at the special school. Most youth or high school councils have some kind of constitution and usually do not have a judicial branch. Compared to primary school councils, there are generally fewer people than secondary and secondary school councils.

In some schools, student council representatives are appointed for each class. This person submits requests, ideas and complaints from students in this class to the Student Council. At other schools, teachers are automatically elected as student council members.

Student councils usually do not have the power to fund and generally fund their operations by raising money, such as car washes and pastries. Some student councils have school funding, as well as the responsibility to fund student activities at the school.
