The function that we would be choosing is Marketing and the template is as follows:

• Objective of the report that we are trying to show the marketing spend numbers and what all have we gained in terms of new customers.
• Target audience: The target audience is the top level stakeholders who have invested money in the company and also the CXO who have to plan the next financial year.
• Competition: Here we will mention what all are the competitors for us and how are we trying to compete for marketing with them in both short run and in long run and lastly how much money wold be invested in trying to find an edge over others so that maximum market share can be captured and revenue can be increased.
• Risks and opportunities would also be discussed so that we can see what the possibility of losses are and if everything goes well what are the opportunities.
• Conclusion: We will mention here that we are doing good in terms of marketing and what are the benefits that we have achieved in the recent past and lastly we will also mention the threats and areas of concern with a positive outlook so that we can act on them proactively.
