Every leader must plays an important role in their team. Leader is a person who guides, directs, commands and motivate his/her team members towards the achievement of the tasks. In order to achieve the goals, a leader must constantly thinking about the ways to motivate the team members. But, a team consisting of different members and they have different behaviours. And also the motives of each members are different.

Follwoing are some ways to motive the team members towards the goal:

1.Communicate with team members

It is the simplest and most effective way to motivate the team members. Communication is a two way process and each leader must make sure that there is a constant flow of communication with the team members. The feedbacks and suggestions regarding the team objective must be in two-way.

2. Give positive Feedback and Rewards

A positive feedback or reward not only motivates not only the one person who achieves it but also the others. The power of positive feedback is very much valuable. Reward the team for their hard work. It may be in the form of monetory or non-monetary.

3. Share the Vision and the goal

Each and every team members mut know what they are working towards. The leader must make sure that their team members are aware of their vision and goals. This makes a feel of unity and encourages everyone to work together.

4. Encourage teamwork

Always makes the team members less isolated and helps them to feel more towards their work. Every leader must create a feeling of unity and always conduct team-building activities.

5.Support new ideas

In a team always welcome new ideas and give people a chance to take initiatives.

6. Manage Each one individually

Every persons has theirown abilities and skills. so, give each and every one to expose their skills. It makes them more confident and motivated.
