1. Organizational structure refers to a system that helps to set activities to achieve the objectives of the organization. Objectives are determined and put into action with the help of organizational strategies. So we can say that organizational structure and strategy are interlinked.
The organizational structure should be flexible ie, according to the strategy designed, the company should switch to another structure that supports and helps the organization to change. If the organization structure is rigid, then it will affect the achievement of objectives and also the success of the firm.

2. The set of values, beliefs, and patterns of activities and the culture and behavior of employees working in an organization constitutes the organizational culture. A change in any of the organization's strategies will affect this organizational culture especially the operating environment of an organization will be affected wholly. Even if an organization wants to make any change to its strategy it should make sure that the changed strategy is aligned with the culture of an organization. So we can say that strategy plays a role in the cultural change of an organization.

3. The role of a leader is more crucial for an entity in its changing phase. They should analyze the situation and should fulfill the change management role. A manager could only know what are the needs and expectations of the employees, stakeholders clients, etc.
They could provide recognition to all those who have participated in the change process. They are the true leaders, in these events and should lead others to adapt to the situation and survive. A manager could clarify the vision and the perspective of how the entity thinks to others. They are in a manner accountable and transparent towards the system. This defines how important it is to possess leadership in the changing phase
