If you were given a role to be a manager or a leader of Nokia company how would you classify it?
The role I would like to play as a manager or a leader in Nokia before getting it acquired by Microsoft would of a Change Manager or a transformational leader in the organisation.
As we know that Nokia couldn't comply and get along with the technological upgradation and change happening in the economy and market, the company failed and was acquired by Microsoft because it couldn't launch phones or gadgets that were to beat the android or the IOS system.
Being a change management manager and a leader in the organisation, the role I would like to play in the company would be how effectively the same company could and manage and comply with the changes happening around.
How effectively the same technological changes could be taken into the account of the company Nokia, how well the company could understand the better and smart ways to produce phones and gadgets as per the latest technological trends in the market. How the various AI technology, IoT and various smart operating systems could be tackle down and work upon is the change I would like the organisation to work and manage as per the environmental factors.
