4.If you are seeking to have a new company in Oman rather than Nokia  what would be? Why? what type of leadership are you going to take into account is it a transformational leader or situational leader? justify your answer.

1. A manager is more responsible for managing the tasks in his hand as well as of those reporting to him and ensure proper deliverables are submitted on time. While e leader is the one that leads the team and empowers them to take decisions in the best interest of the company thereby promoting self and organizational growth. I will choose to be a leader if given an option.
2. I will set up a tourism company considering it to be the fastest-growing sector in Oman. I will be a transformational leader who will train and empower the team to make the best decisions and become more productive towards organizational success. Tourism will require a lot of outdoor and non-supervised activities hence only a transformational leader can gain the trust of its employees to become liable and responsible towards contributing the best towards the company';s growth.
