The training and development for the employees of the Road Transport management department are of utmost importance to make road safety as well as the skills of public transport operations to be stable and growing. The function of the Human Resources in this needs special attention to the laws of road transport along with the changes of the laws and needs with time to be adhered to by the employees associated with the national road transport departments. Hence the road and transport authority should conduct a quarterly session with its employees for a day to upgrade their knowledge about safety and security of passengers, the new laws if any, and also about the standards of the operating processes which best serve the needs of the department.

The recommendations are for the best of these pieces of training to the employees of road safety who are working for the best of the transport each day. The skill updating and RTA guidelines are to be in the training approach for the HR’s plan of training and development. The health check-up as well as the guidelines as to be followed in such times of Pandemic of COVID 19 are to be clear and followed. The guidelines for the way to commute between the two points in the transport plans of the city or location along with the places of halt for the buses in the RTA. The HR has to make sure that the people are all aware of the needs of being on the road like First Aid or use of protective gear for the people during COVID 19 like aspects.
