Tell the class about a time you faced an issue (at work or in your personal life) where you made a decision that you later came to regret.

Do you think you could have made a better decision using the rational model? Why or why not?

Again, don’t identify anyone by name and keep in mind this is a class assignment (not a counseling session) , and don’t share any examples that might make the rest of us wish we hadn’t read it.

My personal experience :

One day i went to a shopping mall . I was interested in buying a shirt and phant . I was searching here and there to get a shirt and phant according to my requirements . Some how i got a shirt which was suitable for me . Now i was searching for my phant . At last , I have got a phant . I completed my shopping , paid the bill and went to home . As i worn the phant , i was very disappointed because, it was very tight to me and i am looking very ugly in that phant . The next day was the event . And also i have no time even to exchange it . I was regretted to the decision i have made . I was very disappointed because my money got wasted . On event day , i worn an old phant .

Rationale Model :

Rationale Model or Rational decision making model is the opportunities , abilities , time and alternatives that are available to compare each thing with the rest of the others .

I could have made a very better decision making if i have used this rationale Model because though i have the time and the opportunity to check my phant in the trail room . By trails in the trail room i could have bought a very good phant which will suits to my body . Though i had the opportunities to check so many alternatives through trail room would have made me to make a very better decision . But i wasn't made that. But by using rationale method i am confident in saying that i could have done a better decision making .
