My experience with manager of the organization in which I worked was a mixed experience. As the role of the manager was to manage the entire branch and report head office. The manager was leading a Staff of mire than 25 employees . No one is perfect so she was. As I said my experience was mixed but I can say she was a good manager as our Branch was one of the best performing branch of the city. She was very cool when it comes to guide the employee and brief them in the the meeting. She was very cordial with the employees informal meetings .She treats every employee equally and gives them opportunities to grow.

I was one of the youngest employee who was completely new to the corporate working . But I got completely same treatment . There were many instances when I was struck with my work she provided me complete access to her office and gave time to time guidence. I find her very responsible and respectful towards her work. She was equally strict with the work outcomes of the employee . The working environment of the organization was coming tension free and it is because her dynamic leadership which is a sign of a good manager.

My experience was quite good because I was completely agree with my managers work style. She wants everyone to be on time and always appreciate the completion of task on time. The same thing was me . So I can say that my managers was good .

She has various attributes that makes her a good manager. She has a completely dynamic leadership with excellent communication skills. She has the ability to motivate her employees . She has the work experience of every dimension of the branch . And most important thing is that she respects her job which makes her good manager.
