Answer #1

Answer- The best method of marketing research when wanted to learn about starbucks customers would be through direct talking to and interviewing the stabucks customers. Because then through interviews we can have an emotional touch with customers and we can receive true information directly from the customers. And we can know what problems the customers face, what improvements need to be done etc. If other method is chosen then true information may not be known and the information from secondary sources may be diluted and true information may not be known.
