Title VII data like race. color, religion, gender, pregnancy or national origin is mostly tracked through SAP systems software. However, some data like color, pregnancy is not tracked.
My company takes below efforts in the area of federal compliance:
1. Seek anonymous feedbacks on regular basis from the employees to make sure that they are fine and are not harassed on the basis of their race/religion/gender/national origin.
2. Reserve capacity of women in leadership roles.
3. Encourage pregnant employees to take regular sessions with HR to ensure they get ample time/leaves/relaxation during this period of stress.
4. Ensure that the teams are balanced with mixed origin folks.
5. Carry out surveys to ensure mental health of the teams.
All the concerns mentioned above require due diligence.
