Answer #1

five (5) factors that cause social class problems are as follows:
· Family income: Income and wealth are the factors that directly impact on social class problems. Differentiation of family income, and the amount of wealth creates class issues in society. For example- people with high standard income are considered as elite class while mediumly earned people are considered as middle class, and people who earn much below than the national income are lower class people. Thus, family income differentiates the class.
· Income inequality: Income inequality is one of the major social issues that create social class problems. Employers are often biased while paying employees for their performances. Some employees are overpaid in spite of not achieving the desired performance standard. On the contrary, some employees remain underpaid for the same or better performance. It creates income inequality, and class issues. For example- some of the employees of Amazon in the USA have accused employers for being unfair in providing wages.
· Unemployment: Unemployment is a major factor that leads the social class problems. It clearly distinguishes social class into two parts ; one who has both employment, and balance while the other neither has employment nor bank balance. Unemployment has become a major social issue mostly after the impact of covid19 where unemployment has increased by more than 30% in the country which has separated the society into two parts. For example- the current rate of unemployment in the USA is 11.1% that has differentiated people into two parts which are economically safe, and economically unsafe.
· Social status: Social status is a conventional parameter for differentiating people into different social classes. High income people prefer to maintain distance from poor and middle class population which is called class distinguish. It mostly happened in 15th to 20th
