Which of the steps in the public relations process do you think are most important to a successful campaign? Why? (Processes are Research, Action planning, Communication, and Evaluation) answer must be 20 lines
In my opinion research is the most important process which
determine the success of public relation.
In order to form an efficient public relations plan research should
be at the forefront of decision making and should be included
throughout the plan. Therefore, the best public relations practices
includes finishing a foundation of baseline research and then
accommodating for checkpoint analysis throughout the plan. Doing
thus can guarantee your public relations plan stays heading in the
right direction, is in a position to regulate change, and remains
up to date with market trends.
• Importance of research in public relation plan.
Research establishes a foundation for a public relations arrange.
Research permits public relations professionals to understand leaen
about the organization , its goals and objectives and its target
market. During this baseline phase of research public relations
professionals are able to make judgement about current organization
efforts and use industry information to provide recommendation and
supply direction for the plan.
Research permits for preparation of modification or change and
market trends. In addition to foundation research, continuous
research permits for preparation of change and market trends.
Continuous research efforts includes observation and tracking a
plan and are referred to as checkpoint research or benchmark
analysis.
Research provides proper analysis. The ultimate activity in a
public relations plan is preparing an evaluation of the plan.
Accurate measurement and assessment can solely be administered when
compared to baseline analysis. Therefore, if a baseline of research
isn't collected at the starting of a plan then the effectiveness of
the ultimate evaluation diminishes.
