The state or the condition of innovation management emphasizes on the promotion of innovation so that organizations can enhance control, management, organization and planning.

The various dilemmas faced in the field of innovation management include the dilemmas faced by the management. The first and foremost is the execution through a clear strategy. It is important to mention that companies or organization faces difficulties in having clear goals and clear strategies with the changes in the project. Organizations lack the clear path of strategy and they lack the knowledge of implementation of a strategy.

The gaps in the knowledge include the proper formulation of plan and execution strategy is still unclear in many organizations. Majority of the organizations fail in the long run and this is mainly due to the lack of strategy. Hence, the lack of the proper plan or strategy concerning the organization creates a gap in knowledge and this asks for further research.
