Behavioral analyst assesses the people's emotion which propels their behavior. Post assessment they plan to improve their issues like how to react with others in different situations. It also helps in removing negative emotions into a positive approach.

Key roles of the Behavioural analyst are followings:

1. Assessment of the person- There should be a specific assessment for the individuals who are looking for the analysis. What is the objective of the client and the situation? To whom he will be interacting? Post understanding of these parameters, the Analyst will do the assessment and need for the client.

2. Develop a plan for improvement: Analyst has an important role to develop the plan for improvement. Each client has different ways of learning. They have different ways of receiving values and perceptions or guidance. Based on their abilities, the analyst will draw a plan for improvement.
