In public relation you organise different types of programs or communiction effort to strengthen the relation between public and maintain your goodwill. It refers to develop a understanding between public and a company so that public can trust that company. The main reason of public relation is to create a strong bond between customer and firm not only to earn money. It also includes publicity and fame of a company. Public includes people like shareholders, customers, intermediaries and supplies who has some relation with the firm and the success of the firm totally depends on the public because they are the buyer are the buyer of their product.
