Much consideration is to create a hotel as a functional appearance, efficient plan, good location, suitable market, good working employees, competent management.

To create a hotel, I am using the example of a Marriott hotel.

The Hotel's name is Marriott because it belongs to the Marriott family and named Marriott in honor of J. Willard Marriott. Marriott hotel has the largest hotel chain in the world. It is a hospitality industry of hotels and founded in 1923 by the founder J. Willard Marriott and Alice Marriott.

Industry- it is the largest hospitality industry of hotels and resorts. In 1993 this company split into two companies as Marriott international and host Marriott corporation. Marriott hotels have interest acquired 50% interest in Ritz Carlton hotel company LLC, and Marriott believed that they increase the ritz caldron betel company's sales.

J. William Marriott and Alice Marriott found ownership- Merriott hotel. Now it is owned by J. William's son Bill Marriott and Arne Sorenson as CEO.

Size- the Marriott hotel size is largest because they 6900+ hotels in 131 countries. Net income is $2 billion, total assets worth $24 billion, and total revenue is $21 billion.

Products- Marriott hotel mainly provides hospitality services in its hotels and resorts. Still, some additional products supplied to customers as Shampoo, conditioners, soap, mouthwashes, body lotion, toothbrush, towels, and other required accessories for a comfortable stay in their hotels.
