  • In today's era individual not only gets satisfied from the basic physiological needs i.e. basic salary and the survival needs.
  • Every individual has much more expectations such as safety and security needs and self esteem needs.
  • In this empowerment era, the employer can not confine an employee to work for the organizational goals only but have to fulfill certain needs of the employee to achieve the organizational goals in an effective and efficient manner.
