Answer #1

An injunction could ne defined as the writ or an order which is issued by a court of equity which commands an individual or group of individuals from to do or to refrain from doing certain actions or performing in a certain way. It could pertain to any of a variety of the matters available. If the same injuction is applied to the labour force, where the labour is prevented from doing certain activities within or out from the organisation or cause them to do certain activities, this is known as labour injunction.
