Audi is my favourite car brand so i will try to give best explanation to this question.:)

To design the sales force for Audi A3, the sales operation must run effectively, efficiently and to create these five sales force steps to construct a proper design. To create Sales force objective, strategies of recruiting a new team that control most of the work of A3 construction and making. We will aim to exceed expectations by providing a shortlist of candidates who have the skills, qualifications and culture fit to ensure that our client and costomer has the ultimate decision in the selection process and we believe in personalised relationships and costomise services. We recruit Sales people, sales management,Technicians(mechanical, electrical),service managers, supervisors, data analysts, devops and so on.To find right employee the process must be personalised for better convenience for new graduate and create best and friendly recruitment process and new recruit team to select right emplyee that the company can easily deal and interact with them and costomers can interact with them properly to make effective recruitment force and get best and quality employees. This step mainly concerned with boosting project top line revenue growth but may also try tomarketing costs and increase profitability. There is one more team required to monitor the emplyee performance at every post and section on which they work. Second steps is Sales force strategy, to create this strategy where the sales force will focus its attension and the role of the sale force in creating costomer value that will consistent with the overall strategy of the firm.Basically the product must advertise well and distributed well to connect with the targeted costomers, Audi A3 must have great launch to attract people via online source, it include all types of ads design nas per countries mind set that developed towards its product. The third step is Sales force structure, strategies that we are going to adapt in this step is to deal with to divide all the sales activities among different types of salespeople and how to control the coordinate the activites to meets firms goal. To deal with it we need best sales team who can manage the sales as per territory and those who connect with regional sales territory, this needs best control and monitor the all type of costomers. To create Sales force size and structure, in this step if the sells will high in future, back up plan is needed to deal the number of sales and product produced by the employees and to organize the potential costomers into category will based on expected level of effort to manage them. The level of pay is the amount that a company plans to pay a salesperson over the cource of the year and all over time and bonus all amount are well planed to manage these. When the sales of A3 is high or low or balance under all category the compensation will planed.
