The theories of power here included class theory, elite theory, pluralist theory and gender theory. All these theories were need driven as the organization was in conditions just could not allow its smooth operations minus these theories. The class theory entails that in each society there are two classes, that of rich people who determine and control and own the means of production and the class of the poor that is economically weak and poor. The second theory, elite theory entails that power is possessed and held by a few individuals especially the royal family. This group is small and rules and commands the operations of the whole society. Pluralist theory entails that power is held by the majority who are the common citizens and poor people in the society and not what the class and elite theories defend. Gender theory calls for equity and equality in matters of gender. All these theories were needed in the operations of the organization to being sanity and smooth operations.
