In this project question we have to find outplacement assistance services for Ahmed. Basically Ahmed was one of the valuable employees of Fine Bottling Plant LLC. Changes in management, company reorganization, closure of one of the plants and the economic hardship that the company was facing led to Ahmed's loss of job. As per my understanding after reading this case study now some services of the outplacement assistance that can benefit Ahmed in this case are given as follows -

1. On the basis of the experience of Ahmed, he can be appointed to guide employees of the other plant of the organization. It can help new employees to understand the rules and regulations of the organization.

2.  As per the information provided in the case study, Ahmed can be appointed as an advisor, where he can advise the employees in the formation of the policies of the organization.

3. Ahmed can be appointed as the specialist in other plant of the organization. It will help him because he have experience in this organization. And in this profile his experience can be used.

4. On the basis of the experience of Ahmed, he can work with HR of the organization. His work can be evaluated in this profile and he can support the HR of the organization.

5. After reading this case I can say that Ahmed can be appointed as supervisor in the organization because he has experience. And his experience can be helpful for the new executives of the company.

6. As per the information provided in the case study, Ahmed can be appointed as trainer of the employees of the organization. He can train employees in an effective manner as per his industrial experience.
