I believe that the current strategy IBM is working on to achieve a venture for the innovation is good enough to make the enterprise achieve the right strategies, information and collaboration of ideas and people together to a build an innovative environment where the organisation is growing and accepting the changes happening around.
Although depending on data, analytics and the processing of the data converting the right ideas into the decisions and decisions into the action plans, I still believe one thing which lacks in IBM is speed. Being a powerful and big company, the way the activities and the innovation is created is very slow. Compared to the other organisations and the demographics of the samec IBM holds a population having an average age more than 40. This, means the organisation holds older people or middle aged people as compared to the competitors around having millenials and an average age of 30 as their ideal employee age. The innovative venture and the ideas of growth comes with the employees and the strategies your company recruits. Being an innovative firm, IBM still lacks the ability of having the right hold for a faster and improvised work providing flexibility and growth opportunities to the firm. The company finds innovation in more simpler and logical manner rather than trying out new and dynamic approaches.
This is the recommendation I would like to give the company to have a new and dynamic approach to be adopted in the organisation for the growth and developed of innovation in the company.
