Quality of work life is related to people,work and organization.It refers to the quality of an employee's work life balance in an organization.If the quality of work life is stable then productivity increases.Employees get motivated when they are able to maintain quality of work life and they will have positive attitude towards work so it helps to increase organizational performance and competitive advantage

Objectives:

-It helps to increase employee satisfaction at work

-It enhances employees productivity

-Reinforce workplace learning

-it helps to imorove physical and psychological health of employees

How to improve QWL:

-Planning the activities for the day

-Set a target

-Take some time to think about oneself and act accordingly

-Think about energy balance and think positively
