Rule 4- Send Strong Signals
Rule 5- Recognize the Other’s Person’s Dilemma
Rule 6- Look at Roles as Well as People
Rule 7- Remain Vigilant and Always Question
Do you think these rules can help people trust more wisely ?
Yes i i think these rules help people to trust more wisely, that is knowing yourself helps like if a person tends to trust wrong people he must work on interpreting the cues he receive and if he is good at recognizing cues but difficulty forgetting trusted relationship then he will have to expand his trust building behavior. These rules helped the company to send a strong signal that they trusted employees because they created policies which was tied to employees without abusing the trust.
With the help of escape clause people can trust more fully and with more commitment so this will help people more wisely. People must send strong signals when the trust is abused. If a person send weak signal about the willingness to engage in trust makes more vulnerable to exploitation. So that nobody can take advantage of anyone. The way we care and worry about ourselves often we forget to be empathetic and we will be busy in protecting ourselves, it is very important that we need a reassurance about whether they trust us or not. These rules will help to build good relationships which will be proactive at decreasing the anxiety and allaying the concern of others.
Without being vigilant many people whose trust and has abused so with the help of the rules questioning when the situation demands and being vigilant help to trust more wisely
