Consumer decision making has changed a lot with how the technology and social influences has improved and taken the impact all together. As we can see that how the globalisation has improved and increased around the world, technology is ruling around changing how the consumers are purchasing and making their decisions. Because of the invasion of AI, cloud technologies and AR, now consumers are tend to asking for such products which are smarter and better than the ordinary ones. One effective example could be seen of the payment system. Compared to the older times when the payment system was only approved and allowed in some devices like the phone or laptops, now we can see that the TV, refrigerators or even the smart watches are able to make a payment and are smart enough to be connected and used by the internet. This invasion of technology has changed how people purchase and buy the things around.

Social influences refer to how the different aspects of the people living in the society is making an impact on how the customer makes a purchases. For example, the increased income of people and how the people are buying and shifting into more luxury and better goods is making a change in the livelihood of the people where most people would want a better car, better home decor and better livinh styles as per the change and the social influences to match the style and class of others.

The various ethical and legal challenges because of the same issue would be how different people are facing peer pressure and buying things they do not need. Many people also are not able to understand this increased invasion of the technology and thus are not able to tackle and learn how the adjust and learn how the technology works. Other issues relates to the increased social gaps between the people as this would impact how richer people are shifting for more greed and luxurious life leaving nothing for poor people creating ethical gaps between the groups in demographics of the country.
