Globalization increasing day by the and world become a global village and distance no matter and multinational companies are working as local company also fulfilling the customers small requirements.

Multinational organizations become multicultural organizations because of catering to different types of workforce that differ in languages, beliefs, religions, caste, customs, etc, and managing these forces a challenge for multinational organizations.

Operating in the global environment for multinational companies, not an easy job, and such organizations can handle many more challenges effectively and efficiently to keep the organizations high performing and achieve the set target.

Ethics can be defined in many ways and change according to the target and as per my way ethics like systems that rules and governs the body.

Ethics like social ethics, political ethics, etc, and ethics explain the right ways of doing a job or performing activities.

These are the following challenges are facing by the multinational corporations while operating in the global environment -

1)  Workplace discriminations

2) Labor standards and child labor violations

3) Marketing practices

4) Environmental

5) Corruption

6) Human rights

7) Immigrations law

8) Sustainability and self-interest
