My two year schedule or plan which will help me to build an effective internal and external workplace relationship will involve: Networking. Building Networks to maintain long term relationship helps to know different people from different professional background, culture, areas of expertise, career orientations etc thus helping me to get acquainted with wide variety of people who can share extensive and valuable knowledge with me and hence help me to build effective internal and external work place relationships. Through networking I will be able to connect to people who can help me improve in my field and offer opportunities of growth. Moreover networking will help me to establish good relationship with both internal as well as external workplace executives, higher authorities as well as colleagues or coworkers.

The su initiatives will include:

1) Building strong LinkedIn profile 2) Enrolling in effective interpersonal courses. 3) Building Extroversion skills. 4) Active Involvement and Engagement. 5) Building External Connections. 6) Give feedback and Response.

Q1) The three major initiatives and activities which I will attempt to undertake through this course of time which will assist me in developing and maintaining skills to ensure effective internal and external work place relationships will include :

1) Developing Interpersonal skills : I will resort to attend some course related to the communication which will help me to build soft skills such as motivational and convincing skills, friendly attitude, eloquence etc.

2) Building External Connections : I will try to find people associated or related with my career or position located outside the organization and try to establish aing term relationship with them through finding common grounds, similarities. This will also help me get knowledge about people which will result in strengthening the bond.

3) Active Involvement and Engagement : I will actively engage and participate in all the activities, programmes, voluntary events, discussions and workshops to develop better understanding with the people inside the organization.
