Answer #1

Listening is the single most important quality in the teaching and learning environment because listening skill empowers an individual to learn the techniques and also develop teaching skillsets by listening to experienced persons and learning through them. Listening is a very important attribute that must be present in any teacher or student since learning can only happen if a person listens properly to others and develop or inculcate skillsets that have been taught.
