3. Reducing the stress on the team members- whenever there is an
environment of crisis in the organization there is stress on the
team members. This must be tackled by the management by developing
trust towards the stakeholders and the disagreements which rise
must be undermined. Conflicts of any kind must be regularly
addressed through counseling resources through wellness
programs.
4. Avoiding bureaucracy- all the stakeholders in the organization
must be handled carefully and the effectiveness and efficiency of
the team must not be affected. There is nothing more frustrating
and time-consuming then unnecessary bureaucracy in the time of
crisis.
