The strategies which the organization should use in order to win back trust and confidence of the stakeholders are discussed below-
1. Communication must be clearly and open to the stakeholder- in order to win back the trust of stakeholders there should be regular communication with them. Even the small problems must be clearly communicated before they become big issues. It must be very clear open and frequently occurring in the organization.
2. Developing relationship-there must be development programs which must focus on deeply rooted relationship. The stakeholders can built a lot of trust by borrowing them the principles of rapid iteration from innovation theory.
3. Reducing the stress on the team members- whenever there is an environment of crisis in the organization there is stress on the team members. This must be tackled by the management by developing trust towards the stakeholders and the disagreements which rise must be undermined. Conflicts of any kind must be regularly addressed through counseling resources through wellness programs.
4. Avoiding bureaucracy- all the stakeholders in the organization must be handled carefully and the effectiveness and efficiency of the team must not be affected. There is nothing more frustrating and time-consuming then unnecessary bureaucracy in the time of crisis.
