Answer #1

The closing phase of a project management is the finishing phase of the project lifecycle. This is the stage where all deliverables are finalized and formally transferred, and all documentation is signed off, archived and approved. All project management processes have been executed.

The final three phases of Project Management are Project Execution, Project Control amd monitoring, and Project Review & Close.

The final termination report always include the reason for the termination and also include any evidence that supports this reason, especially if you're terminating for cause. Either list and explain that the remaining loose ends regarding payment and benefits, or smoothly explain how the employee will receive this information.
