Case study:

Ahmed is the owner of a restaurant in Manama, Ahmed is faced by a business problem. He is losing the income of his restaurant. Ahmed had to close his restaurant for weeks due to the Pandemic “Corona 19”. His restaurant is very traditional, he has only few popular dishes in his menu, he relies mainly on “dining in style” where the customers eat in the restaurant with no take away or home delivery services.

Ahmed’ son Abdulla is a graduating students from ASU, he wants to help his father to take the right decision in developing his catering business, so he decided to conduct a research.

Abdulla started mapping his ideas to do his research;


Required:


a) Abdulla finally decided to conduct a survey on (1) what type of meal his customers would prefer to eat, (2) would the customers prefer “dining in” or “home delivery services”, (3) would the customers be interested in loyalty cards for discounts.

Provide a questionnaire survey, including some descriptive variables, and
