Weighting score methods widely used and accepted is dynmic weighted scheme where different parameters for evaluation are given different weights based on importance.

Similarly fixed or static weighted scheme is used where all parameters are fixed weightages for evaluation and assessment of candidates.

The sum total of all is used to develop cumulative score and then ranks are allotted for rejection or acceptance of candidates for ensuring best practice to hiring.
