Answer- Whistleblowers can be both heroes as well as also break the oath of loyalty to their employer. It all depends upon the motive of the whistleblowers. If the whistleblower warns the general public of the wrondoings of the employer then this is a good act of the whistleblower but if the whistleblower decieves the good employer and does backbiting of the employer with other competitors of the employer and with general public then this may be considered an immoral act and in this way the whistleblower breaks the oath of loyalty to his employer.
