CISG ( Contracts for International Sale of Goods) allows for the remedy of specific performance based on the it they declare to be the parameters of its own law. The CISG allows for the remedy to be provided for any obligations by the other party where the domestic laws of the country provide for such a remedy. A court may, therefore, grant specific performance for a remedy under Article 28 only and only if it would do so under the parameters of its own national or domestic law.
