Most people will claim that certain projects are becoming more repetitive. For example, the design of a home is part of project management. You may claim that it is not a unique task. The residences can be special, however. Which sections of a building a home are special and differ from project to project?

As the purchasing power of the consumers are increasing, so is the luxury and the needs for them are. Different projects would handle different uniqueness about building a home. Some homes would want a single storey project where the interior designing would be different and spacious, on the other hand some project specialises in small homes where the space is optimally utilised in a very small apartment- house. Different architectures would have different houses design as per the needs of the people and different projects management would thus handle such different unique projects. Thus, I would say that homes could be special by the interior designing and how the space is being utilised in the house to make the most technological driven modern house or simple and modest interior house as per the demand.
