As a manager, describe in your own words the various avenues available to you to reach your subordinates

Answer- As a manager the various avenues that I would use to reach subordinates are as follows-

For connecting on an offline mode, I would reach them through group meetings, through one to one sessions to know their doubts individually.

For connecting on an online mode, I would make individual phone calls, or would reach out to them through group messages, emails, video calls. I would also schedule meetings on virtual mode through various apps like zoom app for virtual meeting session to resolve various issues.
