or a company to create and deliver values that a company requires
without decreasing or depleting the economical and social resources
of the organization.

What would be a sustainable business model for a unisex fashion
brand?
For a unisex fashion brand, a model which fulfills the following
aspect can be a good business model:-
1- Smooth Supply of raw materials(Country like Bangladesh, India)
are good sources for fabrics
2-Proper quality of raw material
3-Economical so that the overall cost of production can be reduced
because of the very competitive market
4-Proper waste management and finding possible Re-use and Re-cycle
of waste in order to reduce the cost and achieve the economies of
scale
5-Proper supply chain management which enables a brand to focus on
timely availability of stock at the places which require it.
6-Timely adaption of Trends and Fashion Upgrades.

How to build a potential Global Fashion Brand?
We can understand this by an example of Khadi and village
industries commission or the khadi india
Khadi which was not considered as a cloth to wear is now one the
most rapidly growing fabric in India for the last 4 years it has
grown at a rate of around 30% with the focus on marketing and
change in the production techniques.
Khadi is a fabric which is very cheap and very easily available in
India as well as there are a lot of artisans and workers directly
related to the sector so for the promotion of khadi in the global
level government started to promote this sector by involving the
institutes which are considered as the best in the world for the
Fashion industry. With the more available designs and taking the
Trends of the market into consideration and by making things
available on the E-commerce platform and by making the products
supply chain so vast that the goods are easily available in any
part of the country the khadi India has grown a lot. And for the
last year, it has exported around 250 Crore worth of goods as well
which makes it a global brand and is making a global
presence.
So by the example, we can understand that the cost of raw material
the marketing strategies and the change in trends can plan an
important role in making a global brand
