Introduction -

Managing the day to day operations and activities of a business is termed as business management thus business management serves as a broad concept in order to ensure the smooth running and functioning of the business and also helps in generating income by facilitating expansion and growth of the business in order to let the business survive in the long run.

International trade is a common term used now a days and also refered to as globalization that has resulted in the opening up of almost all the economies from all around the world . In this growing economy with the rapid growth of competition the business entities in order to survive in the long run not only trade with its neighbouring countries but also covers those countries which are far from their scope in order to reach more and more new customer. A country dealing or trading with its neighbouring economy might have many of its cultural similarities but when dealing and trading with the rest of the world faces more cultural difference than similarities,thus cultural similarities presently doesnot outweight cultural differences that do exist

Using Dubai as an example, the local people of Dubai prefers to wear their cultural dresses and also uses the stuff available in Dubai culture, But due to the increasing fashion and economic trend people are also prefering to buy according to the prevailing fashion in the world inspite of this growing trend still their are vast majority of those people who prefer to buy those product and services that are available in their local culture
