Answer #1

Answer- My self awareness and personal values give me an integrated life in the way that through self awareness I am very much aware about my strengths and weaknesses and the thing that I like and dislike. I will invest more time in doing things which I am strong in. And will work on my weak areas.

And my personal values tell me what is good and bad for me. My values set a limit to my actions and encourage me to do good things and follow the right path all throughout my life.

Thus, these two things tell me what are my strengths and weakness and where should I invest my strengths in doing acts that will be good for the society as a whole. Thus, it creates an integrated life for me.
