Below factors would cause an individual, an employee, or a company to be cautious in the use of social networks:

1. Data prevention: It is extremely important to prevent data loss and secure individual, employee or company data and see to it that data theft does not happen, otherwise it would compromise on the safety and security of company's policies and intellectual property rights.

2. Ethical approach: It is always recommended to form an ethical approach while using social media platforms. The individual or company must never post or react to something that is unethical or against company's policies and procedures.

3. Stay away from objectionable content: It is important to stay away from something that is objectionable and deplorable on social media sites. An individual or employee must not get involved in something which is controversial.

In my opinion, the factors are same for all the groups since all the groups have an obligation and are bound by the rules and regulations of the company. Hence it is important to maintain discipline and show maturity while posting or replying to anything on social media platforms. A person or company must restraint themselves from anything controversial and report such matter to the authorities rather than replying or getting involved themselves.
