Answer #1
  • During this crisis, the leader should stand in front that means during the situation he should be leading the team still the crises get finished in the above situation all the staff are working hard the leader should stand within them, not like a boss like a friend and make them work. Thus the whole sentence means that the leader should be always within them during such crises.
  • A new strategy that is the leader should be able to see the crises as a big means that he should be able to plan it in a big For example in the hospital there is an epidemic with 10 people the leader should be preplanned and able to make a 100 beds for the upcoming persons with diseases. The new and new strategy should be developed by the leader in order to get away from the crises.
  • There should be multiple options that is if one solution gets failed we should be able to implement the other plans as much as fast. According to the situation we have to change and try new plans for that we should have multiple options
  • Work assigned to the staff as the staffs are humans they should be provided rest thus only they will able to work effectively so that the staffs of the hospital should be divided into different group and there should a group of staffs for the most emergency situations.
  • The leader should able to take all the responsibility of the situations other than blaming others so that the staffs have a free mind and able to work effectively
  • An ideal leader has the complete responsibility to find the solutions for the crises thus we should also work with his team members for the perfect solution rather than making orders to the teams.
  • Be positive always be in a positive mood thus negative mood can destroy our courage and power of decisions thus for strong decisions and solution we should be always positive
  • Listen to others arguments and suggestions thus an ideal leader should not follow a professional ego at the time of this situation he should here the advice and suggestion but we should follow that only if we feel that's correct.
  • Prepare to make and admit mistakes that are at the time of crises we will be making different decisions plans etc.. so that there will be a chance of mistakes to happen so that a leaders mind should be prepared for it rather going to depression.
