Business ethics is significant in today's organizations not only for the morale of employees and the strength of the management team but it is also valuable for the organizations profitability in loger or shorter terms. An ethical business attracts more investors because of its ethical practicing of business considered it as reputed organization.Positive image of the company leads to satisfy shareholders and investor alongwith its employees and consumers.

Actions that can be taken by human resources to influence ethical practices in an organizations are-

By engaging , communicating, and training alongwith making provisions for penalizing staffs for the non compliance of ethical practices.

By awaring the personnels about the consequences of the non compliance of the memo by aligning it with legal terms.

Monsanto is the world's biggest seed company deals in biotechnology. It has history of unethical business culture which is harmful for environment but it kept on trying to meet stakeholder's interest, like the use of GM (genetically modified) seeds, farmers didn't resist, their profit got slashed but the productivity got increased.
