Review theories or approaches or models of Kotter’s 8 Steps, Bolman and Deal’s Four Frames, Bridge’s Transitions Model, Paradigm Shifting, Positivist Appreciative Inquiry, OD and Sense-Making, Change Intelligence.. Can you bring advice from different models to make a single approach or list of how to do change, omitting the overlaps and maximizing the strengths of each model or approach? Can you integrate and select parts and pieces from different approaches to make a coherent change model? Or do you in the end want to take one and customize it for your own style and purposes?

In my opinion, it is always better to take one approach and customize it for your own style and purposes. This is because all these different approaches talk about different subjects and are different from each other from a theoritical point of view and no concrete result would be achieved if we combine these approaches or models and try to find a single best approach. Hence it is important to consider the situation being faced by the organization or the individual which requires resolution, study these approaches and find the best approach that fits or coincides with the resolution of the problem and provides a practical approach to solve that particular problem. Then we must customize that approach to fit our requirements and fund out a customized and practical solution to the problem which would give accurate and best results.
