The idea of risk which is being given by Frederick Wilcox is very correct. Any progress or forward step towards any developments include risk. It depends upon person, weather he will take that risk to move forward or not. For achieving anything great, an individual have to face every risks and obstacles in order to overcome it and achieve success and progress continuously.

Risk is something which is an important part of everyone's life, it provide courage, confidence and learning capabilities to deal with tough aspects of life. Risk provide high order thinking to human in order to deal with all types of situation. Progress and success after facing risks provide another level of happiness and satisfaction to the human being.

For example - in the fight with current pandemic in the whole world i.e. COVID 19, all the medical teams of the whole world are highly involved in discovering vaccination for Corona virus and testing it on animal and on human also. Medical teams are also taking risk by testing its vaccination on human so that most accurate results came out. Medical teams are taking high risk of life of human on which they are testing their vaccines. After this risk only, the medical team will be able to have more accurate results. So progress on vaccination of COVID 19 involve high risk of life of human on which testing is going on by medical teams.

Depending upon the role playing at the time, lesser risk is being taken. Safer side work mode is there in my current role.
