As a healthcare provider confronted with enforcing the new guidelines, I will hold patient records confidential inside the organization's secure network and just exchange data about how the procedure is done at our center without disclosing the patient's personal information such as name, location, contact details, etc. The data relating to the treatment process will be sent to SAMHSA through proper sealing of the data by the most trusted executives of the organization under the necessary protection. When the data would be shipped, the manager and executive signatures would be added on the data seal and the data processing executive would be requested to accept the data in the enclosed box containing the manager and executive register. I will ask my executives to take the paper acknowledging receipt from the individual getting the office documents.

This new proposal that include certain legal problems, which may result in certain adjustments. It is the privilege of an person receiving care that all his or her details should be kept confidential and that the data relating to his or her care should also remain confidential until and unless the patient under consideration gives written consent to share the data with the key institutions for the benefit of society. Sharing any details without the patient's consent could call for legal proceedings to be taken at the institution where the data was stored.Legal enforcement should be discussed with the employees: in these conditions, workers should be instructed not to reveal some of the patient's records to either of the organizations without the express permission of the management, data should be handled equally and in conformity with the rules, non-authorized individuals, internal or external, should not have access to such details.
