1. Restricting these sign walkers to less crowded areas of the city where they pose minimum hindrance to the traffic or other types of movement of people thereby reducing chances if disruption and accident.
2. Creating regulations for the size of sign carried along. Excessively big signs are most harmful and distracting, therefore, should be removed.
3. Banning signs that bear shocking and vulgar messages which grab undue attention.
4. Restrictions on timing on the movement of sign walkers. Rest of the time, they will sit with their signs at a designated place.
5. Replacing the wearable signs with a branded t shirt displaying information. It will look better.
6. Regulating the number of sign walkers per area. This will reduce the numbers to minimum.
7. Putting high taxes and premium on the walkers thereby discouraging the advertisers to use this media.
