This movement is changing the composition of the population in various regions of the World. The parks and recreation industry has a cultural influence and the people from diverse backgrounds have different types of recreational needs. Therefore the parks and recreational companies need to develop their products and service that can entertain a wide range of culturally diverse customers. This means that they will require more recreational products and services that suit the needs of a diverse and fragmented customer base. They will require more resources, knowledge and efforts to do so. They will need to create entertainment products that have a mass appeal to the wide variety of people. They will have to customize and develop their offerings as per the new cultural mix in their region.
